Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your box, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
